What your madrasah can do in KamilEdu
Class and gate attendance
Every student starts as present, so teachers only change who is absent. Student cards are scanned at the gate and parents are told right away.
Grades and report cards for every subject
Marks for every subject, religious subjects included, are entered once by the teacher. The head of the madrasah signs report cards from their phone with a PIN.
Online fees and receipts
Bills are paid by QR code or virtual account and marked paid at once. Transfers and cash are checked by the office, and every payment has a receipt.
Online admissions
Applicants register through a link and upload their documents, then the office checks each one.
Online exams
A question bank, exam timetables and rooms, live invigilation, and marks that go straight into the teacher's recap.
Parent messages
Announcements and direct messages with the homeroom teacher, without crowded group chats.
Staff attendance and payroll
Teachers and staff check in with their location, and payslips come out every month once approved.
Recognition for teachers
Teachers collect points from real work. Each new level brings a bonus in the next payroll.
For foundations with several madrasahs
Kindergarten, primary, junior and senior high madrasahs in one foundation use the same app, and parents with children at different levels still use one account. The more madrasahs, the bigger the discount: 2–3 save 5%, 4 or more save 10%.
KamilEdu works in English and Indonesian, and terms and grading scales follow the madrasah's curriculum. Daily work happens in the phone app, while big jobs such as bringing in the student list at the start of the year are done by the office on the computer.

Pricing
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), include VAT and have no setup fee. Paying yearly saves 15%. Work out the price for your madrasah.
