How online admissions work in KamilEdu
- The school opens admissions. The office sets the admission tracks, tests and steps on the computer, and shares the application link and QR code on WhatsApp, social media or in brochures.
- Families apply from their phone. A parent creates an applicant account, fills in their child's details and uploads documents such as the birth certificate, family card and last report card.
- The office checks each document. If something is missing or unclear, the office asks for it again and the family is told right away.
- Tests for each track. Applicants take the test for the track they chose, and the result is kept with their application.
- The principal decides. Accepted applicants get a numbered offer letter with a check code, and the news goes to the parent's phone.
- Straight into the school. The new student is added to the school's records and the first bill is created, with nothing typed again.
For families applying from abroad
KamilEdu works in English and Indonesian, so families moving to a new country, or applying from overseas, can register, upload documents and follow their application from their own phone, in their own language. The school sees every application in one place, whatever the family's location.
Learning centres get the same from the first message: an enquiry from WhatsApp or Instagram, a trial class, a placement test, a package offer, then an enrolled student, with branches that can use other currencies and time zones.
Why it is lighter for the office
Complete files, no photocopies
Every document is uploaded from a phone and kept in one place, so nothing gets lost in a folder.
Families know where they stand
Parents see which documents are accepted, which need uploading again, and when the decision comes.
Every track in one place
The school sets its tracks and tests, and each applicant's place in the process is visible.
Offer letters you can check
Every offer letter has a number and a check code, so it is easy to confirm it is genuine.
No retyping
An accepted applicant becomes a student record, complete with parents and bills.
A full admissions record
Documents and test results stay with the school as its admissions record, for applicants who were not accepted too.
Pricing
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), include VAT and have no setup fee. Work out the price for your school.
