Students scan a code at the centre or join online. Excused at least 24 hours ahead, the session credit stays safe, and a cover tutor can take the class.

Run your own mock tests for exams such as PSLE, SPM or IGCSE, with scores per subject, rankings and a progress report signed by the centre head.
Tutor pay per session
Sessions taught times the rate, plus transport or bonuses, in each centre's currency. The owner approves the recap once a month with a PIN.
An app for parents and students
Timetables, sessions left, scores, bills and messages with the centre, in English or Indonesian.
Built for centres outside Indonesia
Each centre has its own currency, tax and time zone: a centre in Singapore charges in SGD with GST, one in Kuala Lumpur in MYR, and an online class shows its time in both zones, for example "19:00 WIB · 20:00 SGT". The owner still sees income per centre and per currency in one place.
Card details never pass through KamilEdu: parents pay on the payment provider's own page. Consent for children's data follows the privacy rules where your centre is, such as PDPA or GDPR.
Pricing
KamilEdu's prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR); your centre bills its parents in its own currency. Every plan has every feature except AI, includes VAT and has no setup fee. Paying yearly saves 15%. Work out the price for your centre.
