Daily work happens in the phone app: attendance, marks, approvals and messages. Big jobs such as bringing in the student list at the start of the year, timetables and finance reports are done by the school office on the computer.
Pricing
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), include VAT and have no setup fee. Paying every 6 months saves 7.5%, paying yearly saves 15%. If you only need some features, build your own plan. Work out the price for your school.
Get started in three steps
- Pick the features or a plan. The principal or foundation picks what to use, and can add more at any time.
- Bring in your lists from Excel. The school office uploads students, teachers, classes and timetables on the computer. Mistakes are marked before anything is saved.
- Everyone signs in. Teachers, parents and students get an activation code, then sign in with their fingerprint or face.
Student records stay safe
Marks, money and personal details are only seen by the people who should see them. Approving payroll, signing report cards and accepting cash always ask for a PIN. Every change is recorded: who changed what, and when. Personal data is handled under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.
